Trustkill is excited to announce the signing of DECEPTION OF A GHOST from North Carolina. DOAG seems to have set the standard of how to make it in today's music biz by booking there own headlining tours all over the US. Guitarist and vocalist Buddy commented,"We just figured out from the start, we can't wait for people to make this happen for us, they don't care, we can do this on our own, shit really pays off!" The band armed with this DIY ethic has set out and played with Iwrestledabearonce, For The Fallen Dreams, In Fear And Faith, Vanna, Memphis May Fire, Stray From The Path, Stick To Your Guns, Greeley Estates, and more.
A collaboration of clean vocal melodies and thick screams blended with an onslaught of breakdowns and their triple harmony guitar attack is what shapes and molds their unique sound. Their freshly recorded album entitled “Speak up, You're Not Alone” was recorded with Jamie King (Between The Buried And Me, For Today, He Is Legend) and will be released on Trustkill Records Summer 2010.
You can check out a few songs from the forthcoming debut album on Myspace:
"To sign with Trustkill records and saying its a dream come true is an understatement for me. They have the bands that made me me wanna play music that we all looked up to and were influenced by. Now to say we are a part of that is nothing more than unreal. To me it's more than a dream its a sense of accomplishment. We have all caught ourselves in the van going to shows and saying "Can you believe we just signed to Trustkill" Yea this is a dream but I'm finally awake this time!" - Buddy
"I’ve written songs about following your dreams. I’ve been to countless shows and said “Wow, I want to do that.” and I've always said I will do what makes me feel alive. Music makes me feel what no one seems to feel anymore and I never thought something of this magnitude would come our way. Trustkill Records has sparked a flame that will burn forever in my heart for this industry. I may be young, but I can firmly say that I hold a dream and will never let go." - Blake
"We are all super stoked to be apart of the Trustkill family. We wanted to find a label that really believed in our music and wanted to push the record hard and Trustkill is just as excited to as we are to get the ball rolling." - Bryan
AWAKEN DEMONS have posted their first video off their new album "The Mirror". The video is for the opening track "Coming To An End" and was filmed this winter in Italy with director Salvatore Perrone.
Bassist Nic Lelli checked in to say, "The song Coming To An End talks about something ending, maybe a friendship, a relationship, the world or a life. The director and I decided to shoot some scenes with a kidnapped girl to the show the hardships of real life. We are really excited about the video and we think Salvatore did a great job!"

Dallas' Memphis May Fire had their song 'Ghost in the Mirror' featured on the 'Saw VI Soundtrack', so it's fitting that their video for the song features clips from the film spliced with the band performing in a claustrophobic space similar to the rooms Jigsaw's victims are often walled in.
"We were so excited when we were asked to be on the 'Saw VI Soundtrack," Memphis May Fire vocalist Matt Mullins told Noisecreep. "We are all huge fans of the 'Saw' movies, so this is dream come true for sure! The lyrics of 'Ghost In The Mirror' fit the movie very well, so we couldn't have asked for a better theme for the music video. It's exciting to finally let everyone see the video the same week the DVD comes out. We're also stoked that the 'Saw VI' DVD includes this video, as well as Hatebreed, Suicide Silence and more. Come see us on tour with The Chariot!"
The Saw VI DVD is in stores today, you can find it anywhere they sell DVDs. It features bonus videos from Mushroomhead, Hatebreed, Suicide Silence, and Memphis May Fire from the Saw VI Soundtrack.

We look forward to the opportunity we have in front of us, and cannot wait to get our music out there to as many people as possible. ”We're all pretty excited to have found a home at Trustkill. We've worked really hard to make music that we can be proud of and enjoy. And it's that much better knowing that the people we work with believe in it just as much. We signed our actual contract at the grave of our late singer, Vin Green. (For whom the band is named) I think it is only fitting to turn this new page with him. We had this dream together. Now we'll see it start to come true just the same. Thank you so much Rob, Josh and everyone at TK. WE CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS RECORD TO COME OUT!!!! ” - Brian Hannon
